Taking Photos

• Take a clear, close-up photo of the damage/fault with a ruler or penny in the image to provide a sense of scale.
• Take a photo of the whole item, showing where the damage/fault is located
• Finally, take a photo of the product label attached to the rear or underside of the item. If the label is missing, please send an image of the rear and underside of the item as proof.
