Buying information

Customers can buy any product from Furntastic online or visit our store in Leicester.

Not all products you see online are on display in our store, please contact us for more information.

Delivery & assembly

Free Door Delivery for England and Wales

Delivery time is stated on every product and we will do everything in our scope to make sure your order reaches you within the quoted time scale. You can also add an assembly service with your order and we will send a team of fitters who are expert in our products with the delivery to assemble your furniture on site. You can call our phone line for free advice; our expert consultant can guide you if whether or not you require such service.

Maximum orders are delivered using our own fleets to reduce transit damage cause by handling of furniture by third party couriers. However some items such as less than 30kg or express delivery items may be delivered using Third party delivery services.

Delivery timescale

We stock 25% of our catalogue however many of the ranges are in stock with our suppliers and we do not hold the stock in our warehouse, once you place order with us we then allocate the stock for you and arrange delivery with yourself at the earliest.

If you wish to collect the furniture from our store or warehouse feel free to pick up. To arrange pickup you must give us 48Hrs notice before you make a visit.

Order over the Phone

We have a team of expert sales staff to assist buyer with our product information over the phone. You can give us a call using our free phone number and place your order over the phone.

Product Warranty

We offer 1 year manufacturing warranty from the day your order is delivered to you on all items bought from Furntastic.

The warranty offered on the product will be invalidated if the customer has adapted, abused or altered the product using any material or product other than what has been originally delivered without the consent or approval of Furntastic.

Returns & Exchange

We take great pride in the level of customer service we offer and we make sure that none of our customers have any problems or difficulties with their order after the sale.
